Egg white porridge is made from pure egg whites without rice or yolks. One egg contains 80 Kcal, and the egg white alone contains less than 20 Kcal. It is considered a very low-calorie food, and it is easy to make and does not take long. You have to try it. 

Ingredient :

– Egg whites (can use either ready-made egg whites or separated egg yolks)สมัคร ufabet

– Light soy sauce, ground pepper

– Plain water

– Desired side dishes (ginger, chopped spring onions, coriander)

– Meat, if you want to add more, such as pork-chicken (pure red meat, no fat)

Steps to make:

– Pour the prepared water and egg white into a bowl and mix well (the amount of egg white should be slightly more than the amount of water so that the porridge is not too watery).

– Put in the microwave (check every minute to prevent the porridge from getting too mushy).

– Take it out and mix it again (to see if the egg yolk texture is as smooth as desired).

– When you have the desired texture of the porridge, add soy sauce, ground pepper, side dishes, and prepared meat as desired. But do not over-season.

Equipment required: a stick blender/food processor If you don’t have leftover rice, you can add 1 cup of uncooked rice instead. That means additional time is required to cook the rice in the stock until fully cooked.
